“Includes bonus: How Well I Know My Partner Checklist”
Does this sound familiar?
You care about each other deeply. Your relationship is good in so many ways. But you keep bumping into the same frustrating patterns.
One of you needs to talk things out right away; the other needs space. One of you shows love through action; the other needs words of affirmation. You try to explain where you’re coming from, but it feels like you’re not truly being heard.
These aren’t signs that your love is broken. They’re signs that you’re human.
Clashes happen because we’re all different—yet we often expect our partner to see and interact with the world the way we do. Over time, those small moments of disconnect can build a quiet wall between you. You stop having the conversations that matter because you’re tired of them ending in the same place.
You start to wonder, “Is this just how it’s going to be?”
I created The Real You and Me because I believe your differences aren’t the problem—they’re the path to a deeper connection.
This program is a dedicated space to help you and your partner truly see, hear, and understand each other. It’s not about finding a “quick fix” or forcing one person to change. It’s about giving you the tools and the language to build a relationship that honors who you both are.
Your Differences Are the Curriculum
We use the Enneagram and other psychologically-grounded insights to reveal how each of you is wired. You’ll develop the capacity to stop taking things personally and start understanding what’s behind your partner’s reactions, so you can finally work together as a team.
Depth with Practicality
This isn’t just theory. We translate powerful psychological concepts into real-life tools and communication scripts you can use from day one. You’ll learn how to listen, express your needs, and navigate conflict in a way that actually works for your unique dynamics.
You’re Guided, Every Step of the Way
You’re not left to figure this out alone. Through live calls, guided practice, and personal support, I’ll help you apply what you’re learning in real time—to your actual conversations, needs, and moments of misunderstanding.
What I know—deeply—is that this work can save you years of emotional wear and tear. When you understand how you both work, you build a relationship that’s not just more peaceful, but more empowered, more fulfilling, and more deeply your own.
This isn’t a lecture series. It’s a hands-on, personalized journey where you’ll practice, reflect, and grow together. We’ll move through four core modules over eight weeks.
Meetings:
Before you can understand each other, you need to understand your own inner world. We’ll use the Enneagram to uncover your core motivations, patterns, and blind spots. You’ll gain incredible clarity on what you bring to the relationship and what you truly need to feel seen.
Meetings:
This is where the magic begins. You’ll learn to see the world through your partner’s eyes. We’ll explore what makes them feel loved, safe, and connected—and you’ll learn how to offer that support in a way they can truly receive. It’s a space for vulnerability, openness, and profound “aha” moments.
Meetings:
We’ll transform tension into connection. You’ll get practical scripts and strategies to handle disagreements as a team, not as adversaries. This module is about learning to hear and be heard, even when things are tough, and repairing connection when you misstep.
Meetings:
You’ve done the work, now it’s time to design your future. You’ll build shared rituals of care, connection, and growth that fit your unique personalities. You’ll leave with a clear plan for how to nurture your relationship daily, ensuring it’s a space where you both can thrive.
It’s not about changing who you are — it’s about understanding each other more deeply.

Hi, I’m Alen Leit.
I’ve spent the last 8+ years helping individuals and entrepreneurs gain clarity, emotional intelligence, and deeper self-awareness—now I’m bringing that expertise to couples.
In 2020, I created the Personality Leverage Profile—a framework that helps people understand how their personality shapes their reactions, strengths, and behavioural patterns. I’ve used it to support over 20 entrepreneurs and leaders in building self-awareness and applying what they discover to their growth, relationships, and communication.
I’m not a licensed therapist, but I’m trained in CBT, certified in the Enneagram, and have supported hundreds of clients through relationship and personal development work.
You can read more below about how this program came to life.
This program grew out of both personal experience and professional evolution.
Before I had the tools I teach today, I went through failed relationships that showed me how essential self-awareness and emotional intelligence really are.
Being six years into a happy marriage didn’t just happen—it came through hard conversations, therapeutic work, and mutual growth. Love was always there, but it was our willingness to do the work—both individually and together—that helped us build a relationship that feels strong, supportive, and real.
Over the years, I’ve helped dozens of clients navigate relationship dynamics—often through leadership or personal development work. Again and again, they’d reflect that what we explored together helped not just their mindset, but their connection with their partner.
Many of them said, “You should be working with couples.” Eventually, I listened.
This program is the next step—an offering for couples who care deeply, want to grow together, and are ready to build a relationship that supports who they both are.
“Alen went above and beyond in his work with me and made sure that I understood everything I was taking in. He explains things in a way that makes it easy to understand and offers tactical solutions that you can apply immediately. This work has supported me not only in business but also in relationships and life in general.”
Coaching client
“You don’t get surface-level with Alen. Be prepared to go deep. I’ve worked with countless coaches and teachers, and Alen has by far been one of the best—his insights changed how I understand myself, and how I show up in every area of life.”
Personality profiling client
“He doesn’t just tell you your type. He helped me use that knowledge to grow beyond what I believed to be true about myself. His personalized interpretation, depth, and clarity are rare to find.”

We’re opening the first round of The Real You and Me to just 5 couples.
This isn’t just an early-access opportunity—it’s a hands-on experience where your growth, insights, and reflections will help shape the final version of the program.
Here’s what that means for you:
On this free 30-minute discovery call, we’ll talk about what’s really going on in your relationship. We’ll explore if ‘The Real You and Me’ is the right next step for you, and I’ll answer any questions you have.
No pressure. No commitments. Just a real conversation to see if I can help.
Plus, you’ll receive the “How Well I Know My Partner Checklist” as a gift after booking—a beautiful starting point for reflection.
That’s completely normal. Many partners hesitate not because they’re unwilling, but because they’re unsure how it will feel. That’s why the discovery call is no-pressure and exploratory—so both of you can experience the tone, see the fit, and make a decision together.
No—this is a guided growth experience rooted in coaching, psychoeducation, and applied personality work. It’s future-focused and insight-based. While some tools come from therapeutic traditions (like CBT), this is about forward movement—not treating dysfunction.
According to research from the Gottman Institute, in marriages that eventually end in divorce, husbands respond negatively to their wives’ bids for connection 82% of the time.
In stable, lasting marriages, that number drops to just 19%.
The takeaway?
You don’t have to get everything right—but how you respond most of the time makes all the difference.
When you change how you respond in the small moments, you change how your whole relationship feels.
When you don’t fully understand how your partner sees the world—or what helps them feel loved, safe, and connected—it’s easy to misread those everyday moments. You dismiss and miss a bid for closeness without even realizing it.
Over time, those missed moments quietly turn into distance.
That’s why so much of The Real You and Me is about helping you see what your partner truly needs, how they ask for connection (even when it’s subtle), and how to show up with empathy, presence, and clarity—even when you’re tired, triggered, or frustrated.
Because when you change how you respond in the small moments, you change the entire feel of the relationship.
Survey I conducted among married couples showed 7 most common desires:
To change the way the relationship plays out, we need to see, acknowledge and understand our differences, then determine if we accept the reality and make a decision to commit, trust and build the relationship together—taking into account individual differences.
You likely will—and that’s the point. This space is here so you can learn how to honor those differences, navigate them with emotional maturity, and build trust rather than fear around your individuality. This program can bring to light deep feelings and emotions, you will see the relationship and each other in “real” colors and will have the awareness to make conscious choices about the future for your relationship.
If you’re already committed and care about each other, it’s the perfect time. Whether you’ve been together 2 years or 10, the earlier you learn how to work with your differences, the easier it becomes to grow and support each other long term.
If both of you are committed to each other, this program can bring you even closer. But if one of you isn’t ready to invest in the relationship at this level, then this may not be the right next step — and that’s okay. Timing matters, and so does mutual willingness.
You don’t need to be in crisis to invest in your connection.
Sometimes, the most meaningful growth comes when things are already good—and you choose to make them even better.
Let’s turn your differences into mutual understanding — and your relationship into something even more beautiful.
